Q: What is the quickest way to contact us? A: On our "Contact Us" page (click here).
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Choose from our drop down menus on each webpage for the products you wish to order. Your shopping cart will keep track of the products you add until you're ready to check out! Of course, if you're confused at all just ask us and we can help.
A: Shipping costs vary depending on what type of shipping you prefer. We currently offer USPS
Priority (1-3 days) and Ground Parcel Post (2-9 days) anywhere in the US and we offer an insurance option for an extra $1.65 on Priority shipping only. For our customers in Canada, we offer First Class shipping. Let us know in your order request if you would like to add insurance on your shipping order. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the mail. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR SHOPPING CART WILL AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE SHIPPING COSTS FOR YOU AT THE CHECKOUT.

Q: I live in the Duluth area, can I pick up my order?
A: Yes. We like to offer pick up to our local customers. To place an order for pick up, please contact Amy at amy@twigandvine.com or by sending a message through the website ("contact us" page).
